The finest dry aged Angus Rib-Eye, butchered in house and fire roasted to medium rare, served atop an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon infused demi-glace topped with a roasted garlic maitr’d butter.  Accompanied by Yukon Gold roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Hawaiian Walu, Wasabi Lime Butter - $32
This fish was caught 40 miles off of the coast of The Big Island.  We fire roast the fillet and present it with a wasabi infused lime butter accented with wasabi tobiko.  Served with oven roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
