Panko encrusted Sashimi-grade Ahi medallions, seared RARE & served over a bed of herbed rice, Napa cabbage,red & yellow bell peppers & sliced papaya. Drizzled with soy-cilantro vinaigrette.

Roasted Macadamia Nut Encrusted Alaskan Halibut -$30
Alaskan halibut filet presented with a roasted macadamia nut crust. Served with Tobiko butter and sweetened with a kiss of Thai chili dipping sauce.

Coconut & Macadamia Encrusted Ahi Tuna Fillet - $29
Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna, seared to medium rare, encrusted with coconut & Macadamia nuts served with a Thai sweet chili burre blanc.

Sugar & Spice Salmon - $22
Char-grilled Salmon filletgrilled with sweet & savory spices, accented with Champagne mustard burre blanc.

Haleakala Lava Flow Prawns - $26
Tiger prawns sautéed with garlic, Hawaiian pineapple, paradise spice mix & a splash of Pinot Grigio.

Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Butter - $34
Our famous house dry aged Braveheart Angus Filet Mignon wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, topped with succulent Gorgonzola butter. Served atop a garlic toast point drizzled with port infused demi-glaze.

Braveheart Angus New York steak seasoned with fresh cracked Tellichery black pepper, and served with a Malaysian green peppercorn demi-glaze.

Fresh Hawaiian Ahi, Salmon, Halibut, Clams, Mussels and Prawns sautéed in a Chardonnay infused Alfredo sauce with tomatoes, shallots, garlic, herbs, lime and fettucini.

Kona Skirt Steak Tortellini in Gorgonzola Cream - $24
Guava-soy marinated Skirt Steak, fire roasted to medium rare, over four cheese tortellini sautéed in a Gorgonzola-infused cream sauce. Topped with roasted garlic, Asiago cheese & fresh basil.

“Scampi Style” Prawn Linguini - $25
Tiger prawns sautéed with diced tomatoes, green onions & Pinot Grigio with fresh garlic, shallots, herbs & a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Fresh chicken breast layered with Blackforest ham, Ementhaler cheese & artichoke hearts. Lightly floured, sautéed & served with a chicken veloute.

Fire Roasted Organic Half Chicken, Honey Chipotle Glaze - $20
Tender ½ chicken, fire roasted, served atop garlic mashed potatoes, blanched balsamic baby spinach topped with a succulent honey chipotle glaze and served with fresh seasonal vegetables.
