The newest favorite of Hawaiian seafood , also known as “White Tuna” is presented with a roasted macadamia nut crust. Served with a tangy Tobiko butter sweetened with chilis, finished with fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Panko encrusted Sashimi-grade Ahi medallions, seared RARE & served over a bed of herbed rice, Napa cabbage,red & yellow bell peppers & sliced papaya. Drizzled with soy-cilantro vinaigrette.

Fresh Halibut fillet wrapped in paper-thin slices of russet potato, oven-baked & topped with lemon-caper burre blanc.
Coconut & Macadamia Encrusted Ahi Tuna Fillet - $28
