Meet Executive Chef Stephen Hanecak
Paradise Beach Grille is very excited to have Stephen Hanecak back and to reintroduce him as "General Manager/Executive Chef." Hanecak has been traveling and expanding his culinary expertise over the last five years and has returned home to bring Paradise back to its roots and create new and innovative "Island Style" dishes.
Hanecak is infiltrating Tropical Fusion techniques with California Cuisine to embellish the existing style that originates at Paradise Beach Grille. He is tapping into the agricultural haven that surrounds "Capitola by the Sea" by flavoring his creations with regional fruits and vegetables.
For beef, Stephen orders exclusively from Creekstone Farms from Kansas. The Creekstone Farms legacy began over a decade ago with one simple idea: provide superior beef products to satisfy the most discerning of palates.
